★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spectacular entrance to Keppel Island as you run/walk/hike/cycle/drive in from the “mainland”. The Marina and its restaurants situated within the island are worth a visit, just for the views, the ambience and the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for afternoon walk on a weekend. It is a really relaxing area with water and yachts. Today is a bit cloudy, but I am sure sunny day would be even more beautiful. Walking from Harbourfront MRT station to here is around 10+ mins. However, it may be hard to find cover in a rainy day.

Decided to clock my 18th half marathon of the year.
From JLG, along Jalan Buruh, passed by Pandan Reservoir to welcome the sunrise. Then came across Salvation Army and spotted the machine gun pillbox by the roadside.
Detour to take aoom at the Pob Ern Shih.
My jog continues...
After Haw Par Villa, i jogged towards PSA Building Alexandra Shopping Center to get a can of 100 Plus at NTUC.
Then went to Labrador Nature Reserve to complete my 21km.
The pace was slow but the scenic view is a timely reward after the run.
I continued walking along the sea front and arrived at Keppel Bay Bridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to go for walk, jogging and etc., the sceneric view was beautiful especially in the evening (rainy day). Easy accessibility to all places. Rest room and vending machines are available. You can watch few ferry boats travel towards to Indonesia batam from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This beautiful bridge leads to Keppel Marina Clubhouse. It is short and walkable. The surrounding area is really quite beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keppel Bay Bridge is bridge toward Keppel Bay Vista, not a bridge to Sentosa.
Please noted that the direct route from the area to Harbourfront is currently close. We will need to make turn in Keppel Bay Drive, to go to Vivo or Harbourfront.
You can watch both yatch and ferry passing by from this bridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small walkable bridge allowing commoners to access the island on foot.
Good photo ops during sunset.
Avoid during thunderstorms or under hard sun and there is no shelter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice evening walk all the way from Labrador Park to this bridge. Not do crowded on Saturday evening though. The bridge is rather short and have segregated lane for bicycle/walking and cars so it is quite safe.
