I had already terminated my contract with Keppel in November and had paid up all my bills. The company continue to sent me sms asking for payment up till today. I dont understanding why they have no records of my terminatation agreement and payment up to date. Its so annoying

I have sent in application for Senoko and subsequently Keppel Electric not knowing that once I have submitted my application the contract is binding. Senoko has refused to cancel my application and insisted that termination charges apply even though my contract has not started. I called KeppelElectric customer service for help as I was stuck with 2 electricity retailers. Stephen from the customer service was fast in helping me to withdraw the submission to SP in time. He has gone the extra mile to help me even though the end result is that they have lost a customer. I will come back to KeppelElectric after my contract is over with Senoko. It may take some time to reach the customer service officer due to the extremely high volume of calls (Senoko is as bad), but it’s definitely worth the wait.

Ridiculous slow service. Apply and tried to transfer service from another provider to Keppel. No response and does not even reply to my follow up email checking on the status of application. Now my old contract auto renew which I have to terminated it. Will definitely try other electrical provider and avoid this from now on.

Called in so many times to request for AMI installation and it has been two weeks but till now tell me different stories: One said submitted request, another said haven't submit, another told me I need to check with SP Group. I called SP, they say is my electric retailer's responsibility to liaise with SP. So I am confused, what is Keppel Electric doing? What service is this? And customer officer Sean said will call me back in 20min but didn't, I called and was told he went for break. Don't promise then don't deliver. Can someone assist on this please? This is causing quite a lot of distress when I am just inquiring on when my AMI appt is, so I can make appropriate work arrangements.

Applied in early Mar to switch over to Keppel Electric but did not hear from them at all. As my existing contract with another electricity service provider is ending in early Apr, I called Keppel to get an update on the application (had to wait more than 10 mins to be served). Apparently, the application was rejected by SP Group due to an error but no one from Keppel got in touch with me to do a resubmission. If I had not contacted them, my existing contract would be automatically renewed with my current provider at a very unfavourable rate. Till now, the issue is still not resolved. Very disappointing and frustrating experience that I don't wish for anyone else to go through.

The account was pop over from SP services to them in somewhere in Sep 2021. After giro application was not successful and when their collection department whatsapp me in end Dec informing there was outstanding amount due to giro was not successful. Payment make in early jan 2022. Till last night I received another WhatsApp text from the collection department and asking me to pay a early termination fee of $4000 plus. They keep talking about contract we signed. But if the giro application was not successful they should come forward to us instead of waiting till the payment was far far overdue then they start talking on the early termination fee. I understand everyone do business need to earn money but this is for sure not a correct way to earn people hard earn money especially during this convid period. I suggested to cancel the early termination letter and let the account run as usual. But they talk to me in black and white. The problem is why need to wait till so late then Keppel contact us? Where is their customer service? Termination fee of around $4000.00 I am able to pay for 16months with a average mo they charges of $250 per month. I am very sure I am not the first person who face this. I am being this to public awareness and be careful before signing up with them. Lau

I signed up for Keppel Electric since 2018. The service provided by them were excellent and the price charged for their fixed rates were attractive too. Just recently I encountered some problem with my account and contract. I was promptly contacted by their friendly customer care officer by the name of Sherman Wong. He provided me with his best advises and assistances to me and took the extra effort to escalate my case higher when he couldn’t solve. He is professional and efficient to resolve my problem within the day when I contacted them. Once again thank you Keppel Electric for valuing loyal customer, very good experience with you!
