There's work to be done here. Customer service is slow, and the website login does not work.
Bill payment is not as straightforward as SP was, with fewer options.
I currently owe several months' bills because they failed to send any. Great for my wallet but not a good sign for the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stop the recurring credit card method with SunSeap for my account last year due to issues of unauthorized charged of credit card ( Amount that is not related to my bills, double charged for the same bill).
I started to pay via PayNow since then, it is more troublesome as compare to recurring method but the frustration and time saved for calling in and waiting for SunSeap to correct the errors justified the effort.
However, I found out today that I was charged again via credit card for the bill that I had already paid via PayNow last week.
And all this is after the system overhaul which is suppose to provide a normal billing service.
I might just be one of the few lucky one to experience this, but for those who like to read reviews before signing up the service that the company provide, maybe you can sign up the minimum contract period first. You might not face all these undesirable experience, even if you do, you will be glad that you only sign up for the minimum period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say that, I am a satisfied customer of Sunseap. Yes, they do not have an automated billing system, and yes, they do not have any app to check or pay bills. But they do have great packages and a great customer service. Their charging is pretty straight forward and no deposit for signing contract. Contract period can be as short as 6 months and can be signed/renewed by an email only. They allow changing billing/service address without any charge. Yes, no charge! It is so convenient for expats who live in rental properties. I am using Sunseap for the last 2 years and nothing to complain. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible electricity retailer. Billing forever in a mess. At times, we don’t even receive any bill. And Always billing late or billing cycles disrupted and can bill u a lot for many previous billing months again and again. Highly unrecommended. Ridiculous to the MAX. All beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ According to other reviews elsewhere, if you're a ground technician or entry level, they will suck to work for. If you're looking at higher or middle management jobs, they seem fine.
My personal opinion is that this company has plenty of wasted potential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is the worst of all the electricity provider. As compared to Tuas, Senoko or Keppel, the service is extremely poor. No response to our email. They can terminate your agreement on their own accord. Even you responded to their email, they just ignore. The finance and billing system is so horrible and totally in a mess. The only excuse they give was "they under tremendous pressure. The management doesn't know what their staffs are doing. I only hope that this review can reach their Board of Directors and would really appreciate if they can get back to me. I can produce them my evidence to substantiate my claim.
