β β β β β I am very happy with the quality and variety of food. Itβs surprisingly very tasty as I was expecting keto food to be kind of oily and bland. my favourite is the curry dishes. Also, the online chat is extremely helpful. Maryanne was helping me with a series of question as itβs my first time ordering. Her service is impeccable. thank you Ketomei!

β β β β β I enjoy all sorts of food. From hawker to Michelin-starred, and healthy to oily. I decided to try Ketomei as it was offering a discount, despite the bad reviews, as I thought they may have been written by people who don't like healthy food. Well, count yourself warned because Ketomei is among the worst food I've eaten in my life. There were 12 meals over two weeks and not one of them was delicious. Some were horrible. I like cauliflower rice, but Ketomei made me feel nauseous upon seeing it. I actually dread eating the meals. My husband tried one bite of a chicken dish and refused to eat more, he wanted to puke it out. And he used to be a top athlete who ate plain pasta and chicken breast. So this tastes worse than plain pasta and chicken breast.

β β β β β Ketomeiβs meal is low carb keto compliant. For those comments who doesnβt understand keto and wonder why pork belly is a healthy food, here Iβll share briefly.
When you practice the keto way of eating to achieve your health goals, it is important to aim for the correct personal daily macronutrient ratio that is higher good fat, adequate protein, and very low carb. Each Ketomei meal packs are designed with this in mind including the calculated macro grams provided on each meal pack. With this info it is easy to estimate your daily macros consumption accordingly.
Pork belly contains healthy good fat and thus it is introduced randomly in the meal planning. Vegetables are mainly carbs, thus we do want to be selective and watch the amount of consumption. Hope this helps. ???

β β β β β Subscribed Ketomei meals twice in the past 3 months and I appreciate the tasty food that help me to eat better with variety of choices and also lost some weight after one month ?. The desserts are awesome and won't make myself guilty for consuming it. The meals are well presented, sealed and packed. Delivery crew are also polite. Highly recommended.

β β β β β Itβs not healthy Keto meal at all. The food is oily , taste average and lack of vegetable. The chicken has weird taste. And Who will provide pork belly for a healthy meal? Maybe they should hire a nutritionist to provide them advise.
The portion of meat (protein) is very small as well and totally not value for the price.
Itβs not a pleasant experience and will never order again.
One star for variety of menu and another star for the delivery service.
