★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is fresh and tasty. Simple and quick to cook meals. Have ordered from them twice so far. Both times, the delivery guy was friendly and accommodating.
In the latest delivery when nobody was around to collect within the stipulated delivery time, I emailed them to request for the latest delivery slot where possible and got a friendly email reply to say they'll try their best. When the delivery guy arrived, he called to ask how long I'd take to return and receive the delivery, so that he can prepare the sufficient amount of ice to put it in an insulation bag, keeping the food fresh (see photo of insulation bag and large block of ice).
Wonderful service. Keep up the good work! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prepped has made cooking at home SO MUCH EASIER. The food is consistently delicious. In terms of improvements, I wish there were more options, as I'm getting close to trying out almost all of their dishes.
All in all, this is perfect for busy professionals who want to eat well but don't have that much time to wash, chop, and cook. The directions are also simple enough that anyone with even poor kitchen skills can follow along.
Customer service is also consistently 5 stars. I've had a few logistical problems due to no one being home, and the customer service staff was super prompt in replying and helped to come up with alternate solutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prepped has been fantastic - the ingredients are super fresh and every meal has been very easy (like 3 steps or less) and fast to cook. It's been fun to sample different menus from them every week and try a variety of healthy dishes that I wouldn't have thought to prepare (or known how!). We are totally hooked!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their meals! So good to have a fresh and healthy home cooked meal. We ordered for three nights in one go. The ingredients stay fresh for a couple of days, it is really well packaged. The delivery service was excellent. I knew I would be home a little later so I sent them a message and they put our delivery at the end of their route. Amazing service. Already looking forward to the Prepped meal kits for next week!

Recipes are idiot proof to follow and final product taste great! Personal favourites are the honey mustard glazed salmon and the kung bao beef. New menus every week; can't wait for the next batch!
