T	TEDDY AGP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only go there to get inov 8 as no other place have them. Staff was busy playing with their phone. Ask for my sizing, give me and back to the counter playing with their phones again. WTF! Paid my shoes, give me bill and they are immediately back to their phone.

A bit unfortunate. They seem to be a bit disorganized and therefore feel they are understaffed and hence not so helpful when all they need would be to be a bit sharper (c.f. the folks in Malaysia much sharper). 2. Prices are quite steep if no promotion...

As I love those shoes, this is always my first place to check.

I did find it a little frustrating that sale products weren't marked down and I had to ask sales staff the pricing for each item. Probably would have bought more if pricing was visible. But that's only a minor complaint in an otherwise good shopping experience. Will be back to buy more!

No customers in the store and unable to check for an XL running hydration pack for me. Left and bought my vest online. No need to go there, better buy your stuff online. There you get the same customer service.
R	Red Barker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well-stocked store located up on the 3rd Floor within Velocity. Good variety of trail running, running, cycling and other workout/gym gear, products inside. I visited to check out their Inov8 range and was a little disappointed with the lack of sizes with the newer G300 fly trail shoe (nothing above a US10.5/UK9.5) and only the F-Lite 270 in-stock. The female store attendant was useless, no welcome, unhelpful and decided to stare at me whilst following me around the store from a slight distance. The male staff member on the other hand, did acknowledge me and eventually ask if I needed any help or assistance - He was helpful in looking for sizes and answering a few questions. I didn't buy anything due to lack of selection, sizes and Inov8 range in general.
