★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a discounted 990v4 last year thinking that I got a bargain but after several months of light use (maybe less than 30 wears), the reflective layer at the back of shoe started to fade, peel off in a few spots. So I went back to the store within defect warranty period to inquire about any compensation. I was told that the sales staff at the time of purchase should have told me there will be defects for promotional items which is absurd! I expect more from a made in USA shoe with such high price. In the end, was told there is no way for replacement and was offered a discount card for next purchase. Please help to look into this case and make sure the staffs inform all customer and put signs that says defects are normal for discounted items!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Days ago I went velocity NB store and looking for a running shoe with budget... A Female staff attend to me understand my need and she very kindly recommend me 940v3 model which suitable to my wide feet...after 30% offer I bought it for $130.
Great shoe , very flexible, comfortable and every step I land i get very well responsive.
NB 940v3 perfect accosiation .thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked into the shop around 2pm on a Wednesday. There was no other Customer besides myself. There were two SA who were busy arranging or sorting out goods. Nobody attended to me but when I waved to a young chap he came over immediately. He check out my feet and recommended me a neutral support (880). He helped me to decide between getting a pair of really nice looking shoes vs a pair of suitable one. Thumbs up to him for his knowledge! Just came back from my run and this is really comfy especially around the ankle! Look for him when you are there:)
