โ โ โ โ โ Getting worst now, serve 8 customers take more than an hour just for order. Just only 1 counter and 1 staff is working and prepare the food.
Lack of man power, poor manage packing, food delivery or dine in. Warm like not switch aircon.
Very slow, and the store manager just stand there and see the long queue by no action. From bad services turn to worstโฆ

โ โ โ โ โ Today, I just now wanted to buy 4 boxes of porridge but the cashier told only can buy 3 boxes of porridgeThe person at the cashier was crazy, don't even know how to count money. The coffee was sour too. I ask the cashier to just straight away fill the Milo into the waterbottles, then the cashier say ok already, then he continue use the paper cup to pour in the waterbottles, suddently the Milo pour until left over then give it to me, this is very bad experience! ?? I hope you can change a better cashier to do this job!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Located at the entrance of Hougang mall and is understaffed with long queue forming. Business is really good and good is okay. Hope they keep up the taste and standard

โ โ โ โ โ Service was on a Sunday morning with low number of staff. Many tables completely sealed out due to COVID rules. This severely limits the seating capacity of the outlet, which can be quite absurd during peak hours. Got the (Rising Egg?) burger meal that comes with a hashbrown and a hot drink of choice. The burger was delicious with a sumptious platter of bulls-eye egg with chicken. Size was okay for the price of $5.35. The hashbrown could be served with something more fulfilling like mashed potato. Outlet temperature was a bit warm, queues were quite long, and the general vibe was okay...

Sorry but I have to give a 1* rating to this branch for their stingy-ness of chili sauce. I asked for more when I pick up the food and the server refused and said he packed โa lot of chili sauce inside alreadyโ, giving him the benefit of doubt since my hands was also packed with other shopping bag and I left. Went back home and found only 4 packet of chili! Do u expect me to walk back and ask for more chili?
My advise: Pls insist for more chili when u patronize this branch!

โ โ โ โ โ Wonderful comfort food as usual ! Finger licking good. Limited seats due to safe distancing but still a treat after a long week of work. Saw 2 mac employees occupying 2 x 4 seater tables which should not be the case, a few individuals occupying 4 seaters which is inconsiderate & 1 'agent' with a client without any food nor drinks. Wish everyone can be more respectful of businesses and considerate.

โ โ โ โ โ Waited for close to 2 hours before the food arrived. Best, it came all soggy with the drinks spilled all over my floor. No apologies at all from either the rider, the store or the call center. I literally just throw my monies into the sea. Terrible customer service!

โ โ โ โ โ After more than 2 years of not eating KFC, was very surprised that the standard dropped drastically. At least that's what I thought after eating from Hougang Mall outlet 2 weeks ago. The chicken was dry and bland while the original recipe coating was flakey. Coleslaw also tasted like garbage. Then I visited the outlet at Bugis. What a difference it was. This leads me to wonder what the team at Hougang Mall KFC is doing. Have they tried what they are serving?
