β β β β β Young Manager name Jonathan seem like having attitude problem . I request for adding a wrapper for my fish burger. And he said to me β No la you think here is 5 star hotel issit ? Iβm like are you kidding with me ? And he said seriously where got such service? I said all along I came here will ask for wrapping my fish burger due to covid and my son only 4 years old he need to use the wrapper then he can eat cleanly. Then the manager said to me again no la they give you the service then you go ask from them or you call my boss . ? Iβm super disappointed with McDonaldβs hire this kind of staff as a manager.

β β β β β The preparation time super super slow. And cannot cancel in the stupid app also, Wait almost 90min for the poor condition food, my wife and me both diarrhea on the next day, we seriously suspected the hygiene problem for this Mcdonald at Hougang mall branch! Won't order in future again!

β β β β β I was having lunch with my grandson @ Mcdonald Hougang. Good service, good food as always BUT (Rest asdured that I am not complaining) I just want to feedback.
I noticed that the restaurant still control the 2 customers per table by condoning the opposite half of the table. I thought the current dining @ restaurant is up to 10 patrons, right?
So, maybe you have your own reasons not to follow the current protocol.

β β β β β Despite stating mildly spicy, McCrispy is pretty spicy that will numb your lip. The chicken is juicy, thick batter...not that crispy. Taste like Mcspicy. Not Recommended.

β β β β β I was surprised that Hougang Mall McCafe do have Green Tea Latte. The price is quite reasonable for a medium which costs only $5.20. The taste is good and this is my 2nd time back to have this drink. Today not too sweet as 1st time was a bit sweet. Overall, it's worth the price.

β β β β β Tried limited edition banana pie. Bananas favour not that strong abit similar to Macdonaldβs signature home grown apple pie. Itβs slightly cheaper than the latter too.
