★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met a a very rude lady at the counter. When asked for 2 chicken burgers she threw a horrible attitude instead of helping out. Horrible customer service experience. When I walked out the other lady started giggling. I indeed felt being treated unfair becoz of my color

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get me wrong. Food and staff are great!!! But did someone just said it's clean .... I beg to differ. It's dirty :( and I wish whoever own this place. If u could kinda design the space a bit. This feels like a food court ambience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order KFC today at anchorpoint basically the first trip of my order there was an missing item. 2nd times my driver went take it and they are missing of chicken tenders srsly how do u guys work. I'm always having problem with KFC theres always missing item. I understand u guys are closing soon and need to go home but come on do ur job right there won't be any problem. Hopefully u guys can take note of this i guess im not the only one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t buy this promo, hope it will end soon! Cashier say they can give only smallest size of chicken because its promotion! $5.95 And cannot give the usual size of chicken..then what is the promotion are for? See the photo taken first day of the sale!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food all is blend in this outlet. The mash potato is going spoilt. The kentaco was so dry i couldnt finish it .The zinger burger had no mayonaise.The bun was over burnt. Only the milo was good? .Overall this outlet really was terrible.wont be coming here again.
PS.I am working as a chef and i know what i am talking about when it comes fo food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered takeaway, the chicken was very dark in colour like burnt compared to the previous times I order which look more fresh and juicy. It was so tough to chew as if like they just any how fry the chicken, this is the first time I have ever experience this after years of eating from KFC. I don't know why they were still able to sell this to customers, it should be rejected and complained by the manager to the workers who fried the chicken. Unbearably acceptable.
