β β β β β Mala Spicy Chicken: saw it by chance and ordered delivery. Was pretty spicy and a bit numb on my mouth.

β β β β β 6/10 pieces look and tastes like they are leftovers from the previous night. Honestly if you guys hid like 1 or 2 pieces we maybe wouldn't have found out but 6 pieces? wow.

β β β β β One of the usual haunts at Tampines Mart but when we last went, was extremely understaffed and staff mending the counter could not even bother to let those in line know that only 1 counter was open for ordering dine-in. Due to supply disruptions, KFC was also unable to serve fries or cheese fries and put up a notice to say that all meals inclusive of fries will be replaced with waffle hash. At the end we gave up queuing fruitlessly and headed somewhere else to eat.

β β β β β Understaffed. Hopefully the management can do more. Ordered Dine-in via KFC Apps. Waited for 30mins. Ended up with staff packed meals in take-away bags and did not update the system for food collection (system showed food is preparing). When asked, staff mentioned that food is there sitting for the past 20mins. Perhaps in serving customers, staff had forgotten about updating the system.

β β β β β Bought take away 2pcs meal, with 2 sets of add on fries. Came back to eat, the fries was cold, hard & tasteless(no salt added, maybe). Had to dispose as it was too cold + hard to consume. Chicken set meal was ok though. The fries was a disaster. Don't know what happened. Appreciate if KFC management could really look into this
