β β β β β I went to this branch on a promo Tuesday to buy the 6pieces chicken for $9 . It is a takeaway item. I bought 2 boxes. When I reached home, I opened the boxes and to my horror, I found only 3 pieces of chicken inside each boxes! I rushed back to confront the packer staff and there was not a single apology for her mistakes. Still showed me a βbo chapβ attitude.
Always check your take away boxes and count the number of pieces inside before leaving!

β β β β β Just OK. Food is OK. But place look shady and dark. The self order kiosk both no internet, had to go counter to order and none of the staff seems to care also. So so service. Not bad but also don't care attitude. But I'm OK with this place. Just OK. Many mentioned they always do order wrongly and it happened in front of my eyes. Someone ordered tea and get coffee... So is true. Pls CHECK your orders before leaving

β β β β β The food prep took so long, making it 'slow food' instead of fast food. On a 3 pc chicken set meal that I ordered, I was given 2 pcs of wings and 1 pc of very dry and stale pc of breast meat. The attitude from the counter staff was terrible too when I asked them to swap out one of the wings. What a terrible experience it was. My family has decided to abstain from eating at KFC Singapore for at least 5 years after repeated disappointments.

β β β β β The staff were friendly but I think they need to know the menu better. If you see the pictures, I ordered a βmy boxβ and chose the honey chicken wings. Per the menu, it states I get 4 wings. But the box only had 3. Number of sweet and spicy drumlets were correct.

β β β β β I give it a five star rating because I donβt have issues with my simple order. Just wondering that if I need to customise my order, can I tell the staff after I ordered or I need to order at the counter. The order machine was simple to use as a first timer. There was minimum interaction with the staff. The order was a bit slow but not too bad. I have always like KFC and the way they did the chicken and potatoes. The potato set I had was great and value for money at $5.
