★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the phone number, quoted the order number for the ASUS ROG Strix laptop battery on the website, collected the battery, installed it and the laptop is running perfectly!
Can't be easy to work where there are so many batteries and yet have to take orders over the phone instead of via an online system. Kudos to the two aunties manning the counter!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is horrible. They ask u to remove the screws yourself from the laptop.
3 months later the new adapter sold to me blew . Could not charge and send to another repair shop . It was diagnosed as motherboard was spoiled because of the adapter which caused a short circuit. . I need to pay for repair cost and new adapter.
I feel the items in shop are old and the staff there have no training in computer. I had a sticker at back of adapter confirming the warranty but had lost the receipt. So keep your receipt. But avoid going to the shop unless emergency.
