I went for some touch up on my cracked aftermarket bumper. When collected the car, my wheel arch plastic cover was nicely screwed and secured into place. It previously wasn't as the previous shop that did the bodykit did not bother to do it.
This is just 1 example of how they take pride in their work and go beyond the job that's required to do.
