Excellent customer service. No fuss exchange policy. Parking is slightly expensive unless you park at URA lots further down the road.

Very friendly and helpful staffs. A lady quickly help me carry the fan motor off my hand (even though she was carrying an air fryer oven on her the other arms). Another lady assisted me to fill up a short form thereafter. The repair was done less than 20mins. They also has a nice and comfortable air conditioned showroom with attractive deals there that kept me occupied. The same help lady is good in her product knowledge and explained to me on the current promotions that they are having. Very good salesmanship ?

Recently bought a mini d'fan from courts and had an installer come fix it up from Mistral. Fan was faulty after fixing up on the Good Friday (Ph) so he said will need to come back and fix the driver to the fan. 1. Why doesn't he have spares ready with him or in his work can or car? 2. Why does the "new" fan come with weak or faulty driver as its meant to be a working fan?!?! 3. Installer still collect 60 and said to wait for Customer Service. No response from CS thinking Saturday is also a work day for fan retailers right? Just miserable and too irresponsible.

It will be unfair if I would have just kept silence about the EXCELLENT service provided by staff. I visited the showroom at Ubi, not just one time but on several occasions for repair and purchase. The staff are attentive, friendly, helpful, courteous n taking extra mile to assist. Some names are Hay Ley, Karen n many others including a guy help us transporting items to carpark. Besides, the products are reasonable priced n good. Keep it up, Khind Mistral n you have a team of excellent staff !!

I went to Mayer Marketing at Ubi on 7 April 2022. I wanted to spare parts for my fan. I was attended to by a female staff. I was advised by her that the spare parts is out of stock so she said she will place the order and contact me when the stock arrives. I waited for 3 weeks but no one from company call me. I call and spoke to a lady from the spare parts and requested to speak to the lady that had attended to me on 7 April. Unfortunately that person is not around so I left my contact number for a return call. That person call me but it seem she does not remember but after giving her some details she remember a bit but not what transpires on 7 April 22. She requested I sent a photo of the spare part that I wanted 3 weeks ago. I WhatsApp the photos. No immediate reply from her. Finally she replied saying spare parts out of stock which is the same thing she said to me 3 weeks ago. I asked her via WhatsApp (since cannot call as per the message on the mobile nbr provided) as to whether she placed the order for the spare parts 3 weeks ago. No response from her for 50 minutes till the company closed for business. Very disappointing and terrible experience. She did not provide any service recovery or at least advised when the stock is expected to arrive. She just remains silent. I hope someone from Mayer Marketing can respond to me. After 2 hours another person call me to advise they need 2 more weeks for the spare parts to arrive but even if the spare parts arrived the colour will not be the same. Than the person when on to say that there is also the possibility that the spare parts may not be available also. Seriously? She than went on to say that if this is happen than the only other thing she can do is offer me a new fan with a discount. The problem with that offer is that my current fan still have 5 years of warranty for the motor. So which means I have to pay more for a new fan which does not carry the same warranty for the fan motor versus my current fan which has the warranty if I just get the spare parts. Let's see what happens in 2 weeks from now.

Very impressed with the Mistral phone call troubleshooting done by lady at the service centre. I didn't get her name but she is totally an asset to your organization. I couldn't find my remote during the phone troubleshooting and she gave me the steps and even contacted me the day after to close the loop. Amazing follow up and it fixed my fan problem!

Sent in my Mistral fan for repair. Staff was friendly and prompt in processing my warranty for the fan. She informed me it will take 3-5 working days b4 I can collect my fan. Great customer service. ?
