The customer service staff were really helpful and quick. Both were active to help me and were extremely polite as well. They explained the terms clearly as well. Really good items here. Will recommend people to come directly here to purchase.

Delivery and coordination is very bad. We had purchased a hob, hood and oven from Courts Tampines and had arranged delivery on 17th March between 2pm to 5pm which we took leave for it. Someone from Mayer office called at 4.55pm saying that they had overlooked our delivery. We have to compromise to a rescheduled delivery date on 19th Mar between 10am to 12pm with us reminding them that our place have a specific delivery time. But guess what?! No one turn up again despite several calls to follow up. After sales service is outrageous and extremely disappointing.

Beautiful experience visiting the showroom of Mayer to buy filter spare parts for the hood. They have the collaboration of Disney and Mayer appliances as well as appliances with prices for your budget and pocket. Their Staff are mostly friendly, courteous and helpful especially Miss HayLee. Highly recommended to pay Mayer Marketing Singapore a visit.

Tried Mayer pressure cooker 1.6L and air fryer. Product wise doesn’t last long. Wear off easily or broken within a year. Do pay more get other branded ones. No point getting Mayer. Pressure cooker electronics / sensor not working well. The sticker cover on the touch button came off. Heat and pressure unable to build up close to end of a year usage. error “E4” keep on beeping after under a year usage. When it was new, “E4” error shown up once, and it all working well, till the error keep beeping up till the cooker unable to be used. Worst still, there is no manual nor description showing what the error means. Went down the the services centre, they found that it was the PC board faulty. One year usage and it is faulty ??‍♂️, face palmed. was quoted $30 for parts, $15 for labor to repair. Not worth repairing at all. Might as well get other brand option. Air Fryer bottom coating peel off despite being careful and gentle on cleaning. Even using baking paper to prevent direct contact. the teflon coat is poor , came off easily and stain easily. Which most stubborn stain I don’t bother to scrub off, concern might damaged the coating.
