★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dabao the katong laksa $5. Soup is less thick than other laksas out there and the ingredients are not a lot. The prawns are also sliced into half. Expected more ingredients given the higher price point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hearty and delicious bowl of fish soup beehoon!!!??? One of the best I've tried at hawker centres so far, in my opinion. Chanced upon this stall during my first visit to Sembawang Hills Food Centre and absolutely enjoyed my meal. Soup was very flavourful (added some milk), fish tasted fresh and beehoon was nicely done. Their chilli on the side was the bomb too, with an old school taste that added a nice kick. The boss and lady boss were both very polite, friendly and appeared down to earth as well?. Will drop by again just to have this, for sure!? 真好吃

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Khoon's Katong Laksa, not too bad. Laksa gravy was of the lighter version, not too spicy, sweet and moderately creamy. The thick beehoon was cut into smaller pieces, easy to scoop with a spoon. It's a good choice for those who can't really take spicy. Must try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laksa (4.25/5)
Nice laksa, the broth wasnt too heavy, one could easily finish every drop of broth and its child-spicy friendly too despite the fragrance of the laksa was still lingering in the mouth after eating. Even I added the chili, it was not spicy. For those who like some kick, could ask for more chili.
I think the not so finely chopped laksa leaves really makes a difference as compared to alot of laksa stall.
Extra points for super friendly lady boss, the boss wasnt ard when I visited.
