Was asked to wait 35min for 2 customers and once our turn came a 3rd customer appeared and the lady told us to wait longer without any explanation. I was alone with 2 small kids who were getting impatient. Absolutely not recommending this place where you may be lied to.

Usually need to wait... but friendly and patient hairdresser. She’s quite good at cutting a nice shape for toddler girls. It’s at #01-40.

Very poor customer service. Hairdresser was curt and kept debating our requests on how to cut my son’s hair. Decided to leave and go to another place instead.

If your kid is afraid of haircuts, try this place out. The hairstylist aunty is very friendly and can even give kids melting down a decent haircut. Over time they get better! :)

After read the good review, we choose this hairdresser. But I don’t know how she got all these good review cause she’s really not that friendly for our boy, very inpatient, not much care for our 3 year old even he was totally into the cartoon and didn’t make any fuss, only moved few times cause it was itchy. She was that inpatient and gave place face that it’s was so uncomfortable for me enough to come to write review after few days after the cut. The location was convenient for us but we will not go back and will head to somewhere else where there is a friendlier demeanour. Children specific services generally come with a premium that you are paying, it is generally accepted that have a specific skill in dealing with that clientele base but I don’t think so in this case. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time.
