The place was clean and the kids enjoyed it very much. It can be quite loud with "air blasters" for the colorfull balls. It also has one of the tallest spiral slides as well... But overall good experience :)

Visited this place for the second time on the 8th of Sep 2018 after a bit of refurbishment and was pleasantly surprised to see big improvements since the last time we were here approximately a year and a half ago. Most of the air canons were now functioning and they had added a couple of new attractions such as the colourful woven climbing structure and the dark room with the giant inflated balls. Overall my kid really enjoyed it with her Friend!

It has just about enough to keep the children entertained for 90 minutes. The kids did enjoy themselves and asked to return in future. The little bonus for us is that the way this place is structured, it is possible for a grown man of just above 6 feet tall to accompany the kids to most parts of the play area. At most of the other places my kids have been to, I have had to sit around watching even though they keep asking me to join them. The drawback for us though is that the place was too crowded when we were there (admittedly, it was a Sunday afternoon), and the staff did not try too hard to enforce the pandemic restrictions like ensuring people kept their masks on, and/or at least make an attempt to keep their distance from other groups. This made me feel uncomfortable, especially when their main clientele - children - are still largely unvaccinated as of early January.

We were invited to the amazing Kindsville Holiday Party by Singapore Kindness Movement. What is better is that it is held in the Kidz Amaze Playground @ SAFRA Jurong! The brothers love that playground and can’t to go crazy over there! The boys really had a good time playing at Kidz Amaze and their favourite spot is the huge ball pit area. Thoroughly enjoyable and hope to be back again soon.

Kids spent 4.5 hours in here and still wants more!!!! Highly engaging for the bigger kids, smaller kids will love playing the balls. If u join membership, it will be more worth it!!!

Definitely not a 5star playground but fun enough to keep 5-10 yo kids occupied with balls, air guns, climbing and sliding down. Priced at 20$ for non member

First all of this is relative big compared to some of the other indoor playgrounds. Most interesting and standing out things in this place are slides which are very big and fun for kids. This also has good party area on 4th floor where kids can go directly into this play area from party area. Overall very good place for kids especially aged 5 to 8 to benefit from slides.

I recently took my 4-year old kid to this indoor playground. Before heading over there, I called them to ask what are the charges and I was informed that I would be charged for off-peak as it is a weekday. They failed to mention that School holidays are considered under peak. However, on reaching there, I was charged for peak hour since, holidays are ongoing. The playground is clean and I was able to get in really fast. It's a big playground and my kid enjoyed thoroughly. His favourite was shooting balls from Canon. However, half of the cannons are not functioning making it time consuming to wait for others to get free. The Aircon was horrible and needs improvement. Me and my kid were sweating because it felt extremely hot. With kids constantly running and playing, it can be a serious hazard with this hot environment.
