Maintenance of the rest rooms could be better though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very friendly and patient. Helped solved my issues fast and well. The gym adhered to Safe distance measures seriously and facilities all still in good condition. The showers the best, have heater and steam room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ George is a highly knowledgeable and caring trainer. He understands the needs of the client and pushes hard enough to improve but not so hard that one gets discouraged or injured. I am always looking forward to going for my personal training on the scheduled days and to gradually build towards greater fitness, better health, and a sustainable physique. Definitely recommend! Esp those new to gymming!
