I have not heard of this brand before and so I bought 500gm of their sliced bak kwa to try. Their bak kwa texture is really hard. Really difficult to eat. I won't buy again.

Speechless. Worst Bak Gwa ever. When I bought it, the guy said it is hard coz just bbq. Let it cool then it will soften. But cool already still super tough. Super waste of money. Maybe it is time to relook at your recipe and how to accommodate changing requirements and taste of the general public.

Similar to other review, the bak kwa is tough and dry. Taste wise is ok. But the there was a wooden splint in the meat. I think preparations and handling can be improved on.

Very dishonest seller. Ordered whole piece but when open up are al the broken pieces. Went all the way to explained to the bore head seller, keep giving silly excuses. Very disappointed and feeling cheated. Will never buy from this outlet.

This is 100% lean meat without fats which we like. However many may find the meat too tough since it is 100% lean. It has less caramel hence less sweet. However it lacks the depth of smoky fragrance which bak gwa should have. If only this could be improved!

The type of bak kwa sold at this place is sliced pork, not the minced pork shaped into slices like other brands sell (that other reviewers are talking about). Means one is getting the real traditional version, hence not as soft as those sold by other brands. Taste wise is good though a tad sweet, and my family especially loves the spicy version. Just heat in the oven for best taste! We have been enjoying it for 3 generations since the company started.
