Our unit badly needed a redo to the flooring after having been rented out for 10 years. We were very lucky to chance upon KIM when we did our search on vinyl tiles with click and lock system. Alvin, the boss, knew his products very well and highlighted us what to look for when choosing vinyl tiles. He even gave us many useful tips on laying vinyl tiles since he knew my husband was going to DIY. It was not as easy as we thought to lay the tiles. But we managed to pull it through. The new flooring is gorgeous and really exceeds our expectations. Big thanks to Alvin again. I highly recommend KIM to anyone who wants to have vinyl tile flooring.

Engaged them to replace the flooring for our staircase, overall experience was great. Customer service was excellent, sales person was very responsive and efficient, all the way from initial contact till the end. Workers that came to do the installation were meticulous, and had good workmanship. Not like typical ones, that try to finish ASAP and neglect everything else. The vinyl flooring feels great to walk on. There were no bumps or air pockets after installation, and the cleaning of the vinyl is extremely easy. Pricing was average, based on a few quotes, and is definitely worth the slight premium, based on my experience. Only minor inconvenience was that we had to set aside 2 different days for the installation, one day for the delivery of the product, and another day for the actual installation, not sure why they could not be done on the same day, but then again, not that big of a problem. We also had to wait, about half a day, for another driver to come after the installation to collect the excess flooring. Seems like they have 2 different sets of workers for delivery/collection and installation.

I have engaged for their service on Jan 2022, Alvin came over to my place to check on the area no doubt only wanted to do for a room as my new tiles were too cold for myself n my dog. Alvin came over to do a clear explaination of the material n quality of the vinyl patiently n gave me e samples I hv chosen. He continued to follow up without pressuring n to update to me e available dates as it was close to new year as I hv told him I may want it to be done in before cny. After I confirmed n the vinyl was done nicely for sure, great work n am pleased with it for sure. I will recommend their product for sure n of course the great service provided. Thank you Alvin n my dog with arthritis issue is sleeping well now every night. ?

We visited a number of vinyl suppliers to find the most suitable color. We had already decided that korean vinyl will be our preferred choice. Rick and Alvin explained in detail the specifications of their Kim vinyl and we were convinced to give them a try. Their pricing is reasonable and they do not mark-up after the site visit. Installation was quick and workmanship was good too. They are very professional and don’t do hard sell. Good service needs to rewarded and encouraged to continue. Keep it guys!

We wish can give Kim vinyl flooring more than 5stars, they did excellent job! In the pass three years, since engaged our previous flooring contractor, we had this nightmare about our flooring. Expensive but not did it well. the cement screening is bad and flooring is not long lasting. Day in and out using this lousy floor, remind us how bad our decision to choose the previous contractor. we are desperate to find a good floor contractor to help us to solve this problem. Indeed, its our luck to able to find Kim Korea luxury vinyl flooring. They are very fast respond, most important, they keep every of their promise! They reply us on time, keep appointment on time. Never over promise to our request. Alvin explain every steps properly, explain what can be the possible obstacles and outcomes during the process, which shows that he is every professional. Most importantly, he consider any possible hazard to my young child. Our old floor is too bad, they are able to correct the bad cement screening for us, which is our nightmare over the last three years. Everyone of us are happy with the new vinyl floor, smooth and comfortable to walk on it. Just had my KIM korea vinyl flooring overlay yesterday. I would like to specially thank sales consultant Alvin and his team. Alvin introduced the right type and color of vinyl tile perfectly going with my furniture. Alvin was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very responsive to my questions. The overlay was done very carefully and nicely. It looks great after the work finished.
