A hidden gem in Singapore where you can get one of the most delicious Bak Kwa in Singapore from! Have been getting my fix from Kim Wah Heong over the past four years and their consistency in producing smoky, sweet and tender Bak Kwa is impressive. The glaze adds flavour to the taste of the meat without over-powering it and the minced version is palatable especially for the young and elderly. Their crispy pork floss is also a family favourite and goes well be it on its own or with rice/porridge. Try it to believe it!

Having tasted other popular brands, your minced meat version is a refreshing change. The slices are thin, texture not tough to tear, and not too sweet. The chargrill aroma seeps out upon opening up the sealed package which is simple yet neat and nice. Keep it up, KWH?
