โ โ โ โ โ Clean + a cozy corner in Cluny court. Manicurists probably loud speakers but they are patient and did a detailed good job with my mani and pedi. Definitely will be back again. ?

โ โ โ โ โ One of the worse place to ever do your nails! Poor attitude of the staff and she scalded my feet with hot water. When I exclaimed, she didnโt even bother apologising. When I tried to feedback this to the manager, she didnโt even bother to provide any form of service recovery to me. The staff who did my nails was also the one who handled my payment at the counter, she was fully aware I was complaining about her. However, when she returned my card, there was neither an apology nor expression of sense of remorse towards her poor work attitude. The staff here including the manager also seem to have different treatment towards different customers. They seem to have a preference towards their expat customers. PATRONISE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ A great place to get your nails done, lovely staff and great service. Brought my little girl with me and they offered her some candy and a blanket after she mentioned quietly that it was a little cold, very attentive staff.
Clean and tidy salon with very reasonable prices. Not to mention my gel nails seem to last forever, a relaxing place to spend my weekends!

โ โ โ โ โ If you're doing waxing, it's a nice experience until you reach the payment counter. They tend to try to charge you the highest rate as the limit between different options is very thin and of course, they forget to mention it before.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff not very welcoming. When I asked for design samples, the staff asked me " what kind of design you looking for" and I said any design for me to choose. She paused a while and came back with only one frame of nail art design which looked really out of trend. (very old school design) so I just opted for plain gel colour. I picked a colour and the staff said that colour not available and had to pick another colour. First time here and I would never go back again.
The shop looks ok and the booking was seemless however the service needs to be improved, staff could be more friendly and welcoming also have a range of nail art.
