Ordered sweet sour fried fish that come with an egg. Have also informed to make sure egg is freshly cooked.
When dish arrived, the egg is obviously cooked in early hours, probably more than 5 hours. The cook just fried it again. The egg is all fried with carbon with the egg yolk hardened.
Yucky is the word to describe.
Beware of food poisoning. I had a diarrhoea previously due to the way their food is prepared.
