★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to try out crabs from Kirin few weeks back. Why order them cooked when you can get them live? Quality of crabs was fantastic. Succulent flesh and amazingly creamy innards straight from the shells! Egg roe was abundant. Can't wait to get my hands on more!

Night time arnd 7pm ,2 crabs found dead. Informed the lady supplier from kirin the situation. She got very defensive and rude.Told her we only inform in morning bcos yesterday we were too bz running errands. Also we r not asking for refund or replacement. So we dont understand the need to be defensive and rude when we were very polite. Very bad customer service. Product wise: we bought twice. 1st time the crabs were alive for 3 days b4 we decided to cook it. Naturally when we bought the 2nd time we won't expect the crabs to be dead within 7hrs of purchase. Thus the feedback. Was expecting them to hear out our experience just like other companies and explain in polite manner. BECAUSE THERE MAY BE THINGS WE DONT KNOW.But staff was rude and defensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am so glad that I found this supplier of fresh crabs. I bought 2 huge crabs each weighing 1.5kg online. The crabs were delivered to me on time and all I did was steamed it with ginger for my Dad’s bday dinner. The crabs were full of chunky meat and it was the sweetest we have ever eaten. Very reasonable prices. Value for money. Seller even gave me free mantou for my dad’s bday. Highly recommended. Heard they supply to the well known big seafood restaurants too. Will definitely buy from them from now onwards.

The crabs were very, very firm and fresh.
The company called one day before the delivery date to confirm the delivery details. Everything went very smoothly. They also gave me free buns and chilli crab paste for my order.
All in all, the crabs were really firm and fresh and that's the most important thing.
Definitely will purchase again! Thank you for the good experience!
