The delivery of my parcel yesterday (2 July 21) was not successful as the driver came in the afternoon around 2.30pm and there was nobody to receive as the driver did not call before hand but called me when he was at my doorstep. I have emailed their support team and informed to deliver today(3 July 21) before 12noon else to call me to schedule a date and time for the next delivery. Nobody called me today and I have called them three times and spoken to two ladies and they told me my parcel should be in the way to me soon as they work only half day today. Waited til almost 12.30pm and still no sight of the delivery driver and I called again and spoke to the same lady, Atiqah and she said she is doing her job already but I told her their driver is still not here yet and nobody call me to update the status of my delivery but she continue to say she has done her job this and that… very disappointed with their service as I am the one who keep calling them and not they call me to update me about my parcel!!!! Actually , their service is bad until cannot to rated at all!
