Service staffs are helpful and friendly, not rude. They tried their best to sell and explain their products, even if you don't end up buying. However one thing I noticed, prices are quite steep for their Bluetooth speakers - overpriced. Well, with the rising rents & staffs' wages can't really blame them. 3 stars for steep price.

Very good experience. Went there today to do cutting for micro-sim to nano-sim but turned out the sim card can just be pushed out and be converted to nano sim without any cutting and wasn't charged. Then we applied tempered glass on 3 of our galaxy A31 for $11+ each (due to promotion), the phones are brought behind a room to ensure dust free environment and the uncle behind does the cleaning of oil/dust with professionalism, using scotch tapes and their tools. A small microfiber cloth was also provided along with the tempered glass. The staffs there also knows their stuff. Highly recommended shop for your new phones.

I bought tempered glass screen protector from this shop at a price higher than the other shop. They mentioned theirs is better quality and even show me a board with all the other different types of lower quality screen protector and even say they have warranty. Within a few days when I accidentally drop my phone, my actual hp glass screen cracked and the protector don't even have a single crack line. I brought my hp to show to the salesperson there at the shop and they deny responsibility for the quality of the tempered glass screen protector they sold to me. They are not honest at all. Pls do not buy from them anymore and get deceive from them.

overall the experience wasn't bad, but the quality of their products may not be good. I bought earpieces but one side couldn't work within a few days so I went to exchange it. When I got the new one, I tested it and it worked perfectly fine, but when it slipped off the table, the earpieces broke again

For my experience...they are super friendly even if u r still using iphone6splus...they managed to find a privacy screen w discounts...be humble n u get honest n good customer service...came back a week ltr to buy more gadgets

Price is extremely high but their quality of products is more or less guaranteed. Been using this shop for years and it is pretty much a go-to shop when you purchase a new phone and you want a solid screen protector & phone case. Ah, remember to keep all the receipts so that you can re-visit the shop for help should your screen protector gets air bubbles or whatever problems. The staff's service is great too. Just that everything is quite overpriced

Low quality products and a scam. Would give it negative stars if possible. Went to buy a cable for my ipad and got one for $6.90. The staff said it was suitable for ipads. Turns out the current is so WEAK that it can’t even charge and turn the battery sign on. I thought my ipad was spoilt and tried to fix it and everything. The repair store person told me that ipads require a stronger current and the one i bought was meant for phones. The price is also too cheap yo be of good quality. I don’t really know much about devices but I can’t believe they sold this to me knowing that it wouldn’t work. I even bought 2 cables thinking my ipad is spoilt and both are useless. Worst still the receipt says no refunds or returns. Would not recommend this shop ever.

The tempered glass/screen protector is expensive, however I don't mind paying if the quality is good. When first installation the staff is very helpful, reapplied for me 3,4 times until I felt that the the screen is acceptable(very fine dust and no bubbles) and they claim they provide 3 month warranty for it. When I go for the warranty after 1 month of application (because alot of bubbles appeared at the edges 2 weeks after application), they help me resolve the bubble edges but it come back with dust n bubble on screen and they are not able to resolve it, saying can remove the bubble, but dust you have to bare with it, as they are using same glass and will no clean the previous glue away. And because of the glue thickening this may result to the touch screen not functioning well. Oh my god, what kind warranty is that, thay consumer have to take it or forget it. Might as well tell me no warranty initially and I can choose to stay or go to a shop which will have a proper warranty for my purchase. The first part they do did a great job, however the after sales service thing...is a no no for me. PS. I rather have bubble at edge than having dust n bubble in middle of screen lo. Add on, after less than 1 month after the repast, bubble appears at side and centre of the screen, that's even worse before the I go for the repast....highly no recommend getting the tempered glass/screen protector here....
