Bought a dress there (2 dress to choose 1 when the right sizes come) and the shop keeper promised item will be available after a week and would call us up for collection. and on top of that, she suggested us to take another item to be entitled for a membership. BUT AFTER WAITING FOR MORE THAN A WEEK... No phone calls. So i called the shop, and only to be informed item will only be here the next week. and after another week, i have to call in again and only to be informed that item is still not here. So finally this week, i called in and they said item is received. Went there only to realise the 2 dresses are not there and the other item has a spoilt button. Wanted a refund as item all not received and they wanted us to wait another week ( total 4weeks) whereby we needed the dress this weekend. Refunded not granted for the jeans as they said they will repair it and give us on next week. And after that, the shop keeper said we are at fault for causing them trouble when we wanted a refund for the dress that we didnt receive. Very bad customer service. I asked to speak to thw boss, she said the boss got no time for me. Very disappointed with it.. so now we end up with no dress and jeans that need repairing( even though its a new item). The shop keeper even call her collg who served us on our first visit to argue that she didnt said the clothes will arrive in a week. We confirmed it with her so many times before making payment. And on top of all drama, ok. This will be a shop that i will share with my family and friends to boycott

I was trying to find some black dresses from kizz lisa just now. The sales lady asked if she can help me but I told her that I was just browsing. After a while, she raised her voice and spoke in a disrespectful tone. It was a really bad shopping experience.
