β β β β β Kaya toast is so tasty here! More on the toasted side which I love. I usually go to Yakuna Kaya but decided to try this one, and the toast tastes better!

β β β β β [Visited on 27/11/2021, around 10.45am-11am] Got our orders wrong. Took very long to make the drinks. Yet it was one of the worse Fun Toast drink we have had. Disappointing. This outlet drags down the reputation of this brand.

I went here for a cup of coffee but was very disappointed with the service and the coffee (the colour was dark but the taste of the coffee was diluted). It took more than 10 minutes just for the coffee, and that too, after I checked with them on the delay - it was just a coffee, not a set meal. The chain of work flow is not smooth. There was no queue outside at that time. Other outlets handles it better. After few sips, I had to leave the coffee at the return counter without finishing it. Hawker center coffee taste better than that. Also, after pouring the coffee, generally hot water is poured to remove the spillage on the cup but it was not properly done so. Refer to the attached picture - nit a pleasant sight.

β β β β β Another cafe at Jurong point. Offering toast, coffee and some local delights. A good alternative for a cup of traditional coffee.
Takeaway looks just as good.

β β β β β The second coffee chillax place in the area, with their competitors being the pioneer in the mall.
Decent amount of seating even with SMM, and was surprised to see that they do have a good range of food selection too - will most certainly want to give it a shot someday if we ran out of food options here.

The food is average. Coffee is average, not much flavour but at least not sour or excessively bitter.
Service is not slow but you must wonder why it couldn't be faster and more efficient. Many pauses when taking orders and serving. Slow in cleaning up also.
Location is good, central. Place is nice and bright.
