β β β β β It seems like the rates posted in the previous reviews are outdated. Went there on a Sunday afternoon for a self-practice. Paid $15.5 for an hour - which is a bit expensive. No buffet rates, no self-practice rates, no membership offers. The table I was assigned to was a bit worn out. The toilet had few smokers when I went in even though No Smoking sign is all over the place. Probably this is where the smell comes from which the reviewers have pointed out. It seems like the management has tolerated this behavior since the smokers aren't even trying to hide it from an unfamiliar face like me. The search for reasonable pool rates continues.

β β β β β Stayed here for an hour and paid $15.30. It was okay, considering that the game was actually fun. There is also food over here, and the cook is actually very kind. She speaks Chinese the most as well.
