Today night time when down wanted to play snooker, as all snooker table are totally empty (no one was using it), told the guy I wanted table 13 he ask me if I am a member, I told him I am hometeamNS member, he told me I can't use the table becos they just change table cloth and I must be their club member then can use that table. There are 3 tables he mentioned I can't use. Only left 2 table I can use as I am not their club member. I once use before those 2 table but its not in good shape. Unbelievable to have this policy.
However will respect this policy and no longer patronize.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good environment to chill and have fun :) pool hall is very clean and tables are well maintained! Staffs are friendly and approachable! Kudos to the staffs for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of the pool hall :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and terrible staff especially the malay guy with the red hair, opening hours put till 1am but when we reach at 12am, we werent allowed to play as he said they close at 12.30am, all this while we were allowed to play in the final hour, please educate your staff and remind him that this is not his grandfather business. Multiple times this have happened to me and my friemds

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hi i would like to write in my experience in home team ns. I had a horrible time here, the service staff was super rude and I genuinely feel that he needs some staff training from respective management. Not only he was indirectly asking us to keep quiet because he felt that he couldn’t concentrate on his game. Even when we made payment he was giving attitude which i felt really turn off and unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspire Cuesports is a very comfortable environment to play a game of pool in. Not only are the staff there friendly and helpful, the environment itself is also very quiet and peaceful to play a casual game of pool or snooker with your friends and family, or for the competitive players, a place to train in (especially if you head down to the place in the morning). The place is also kept neat and tidy, free from the smell of smoking compared to other pool halls. On top of that, the table rates there are very reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend my friends and relatives to head down there to play too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad, good value. Would be more convenient if we can pay the drinks by modern payment apps. Also, the staff should control larger groups as they can get very rowdy and annoying, 4-6 folks crowding around the table causing disturbance to at least 2 to 3 other tables around.
