Cleaning team arrived punctually as well, and did a a great job cleaning up the 3 bedroom unit, which was extremely dusty and dirty. Would go back to them if I need cleaning services in the future again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cleaning team checked with me for my requirements before they began and offered me advice and solutions when I consulted them. I also appreciate that they went beyond their scope to help me out. Other than cleaning the premises, they also offer add-ons which I selected a few relevant to the residence, such as steaming of sofa and misting (disinfecting). Overall I feel the team has performed beyond my expectations, especially when their rates are close to other cleaning companies that I have engaged previously.

They were understanding of the situation at home and worked cordially while there were other workers in the house. They diligently cleaned every nook and corner of the house. Anything they were unable to fully clean, they informed me of the same respectively. Overall, the work done was very immaculate. Very happy with the service. Highly recommended.

I picked KMAC for my post- Reno cleaning as they had the most comprehensive services (detailed cleaning, steam cleaning and disinfection misting). Dust in corners were cleared, floors scrubbed clean and all cupboards wiped clean. While rates did not have too much of a competitive edge, they were responsive, did the job and definitely had a hardworking team.

On the day of the appointment, the cleaning team arrived punctually and Serene is very courteous in introducing herself. After that she proceeded on a walk-through of the property with me to get my feedback on the areas to focus their attention. The rest of the team members knew their tasks well and are well-organized in cleaning the property. Overall, I am very happy with the end results and I will definitely recommend KMAC to my friends and associates.
