★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They store their pizza boxes on the floor and when asked if they have any they don't store on the floor they just seem to pick them up and give you a rude look as if your strange for not wanting a dirty box
... If the front is so dirty what's the back like..... avoid unless you want food poisoning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a walk-in customer ordering a my box with sgd6.90 wanna add 4more pcs of drumlet as usual , attend by a lady named Mau and say that I can only add 2pcs drumlet with total sgd7.90, but then i have been purchasing the set of sgd8.90 with 4pcs drumlet, but she refuse to add me another 2pcs chicken with very rude tone and no manners , I wonder is it the way of serving a walk-in customer with out those bad service? How can the lady using that kind of eyes like looking down of me, I am so so disappointed about the service I received from this lady

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered delivery from here last week. Ordered a veg pizza and it came looking horrible looking, terrible presentation and with meat pieces - could tell from the smell. Called customer service who told me no issues and that a refund will be organised and put me through to branch manager. Branch manager argued with me saying I was lying & then called me back and said would issue a refund.
Very rude, no customer service, no presentation quality and no manners. Still have not got my refund yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had ordered 2 regular pizzas and nacho chips as an add-on. I was shocked to see the serving size of the nacho chips. The container of nacho chips was a wee bit bigger than a 50 cent coin, smaller than a matchbox!!
Seriously guys!! You call this an order? How much do the chips weigh? 1 gm? Is this some kind of a joke? When we eat at Mexican restaurants we get 100 times more nacho chips free. Kindly remove this option from your online menu or place a photo of the chips next to a dollar coin to give a better idea of size. At present it's quite deceiving and won't work well for the restaurant chains image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered twice for pizza delivery from this outlet and their standard of food is bad. The filling for their pizza are not a lot and the pizza are always overcooked and there are a lot of black charred (burnt) on the surface of the bread crust. Will definitely not recommend to order from this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weekday offers are pretty reasonable in terms of pricing. Very convenient as well for delivery or walk-in orders. Waiting time can extend up to >30mins during peak hours and probably also lack of manpower. Quality of pizza and wings have declined slightly over the years. Size of pizza has also shrunk.
