★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never, ever do business with these people. They lie, the cheat, they'll do anything to steal your money. Also completely incompetent and rude. Nothing but the most appalling behavior and people. I could not advise more strongly, don't waste your time and just go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely dishonest and unethical property agent who lied about size of the warehouse to secure a deal. And the agent conveniently did not state the size of the warehouse in the tenancy agreement. Deal with them at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a very bad review of Knight Frank a year ago becoz of the lack of response from our condo property officer Christopher Lara.
When I came home around 9 pm tonight, I was am amazed to see Christopher still in his long sleeve long pants attire changing notices at the 2 notice boards and answering my questions in this hot weather on the eve of a long holiday. Here is someone who is truly passionate about his job and very professional, compared to the previous MA.
I can see improvements in his efforts to keep the errant car owners from blocking the main gate after one year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an extremely bad experience with the agent dealing with an apartment in Parc Emily, he made an viewing appointment without checking my work schedule availability and when I stated in advance, that I couldn't come at his convenient time. He was rude and implied that the market is high and its my loss. NOT a good professional practice!
Nevertheless, the irony is that the same apartment ad is being re/posted on Propertyguru nearly 4 times by him, to misdirect prospective clients that it just got available.
