★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store staff name Keith with tattoos allow walk in customer to cut my Grabfood delivery order queue not sure if this is how KOI management instructed to priorities WALK IN CUSTOMER first? I don't have any problem with other neighborhood bubble tea store example LIHO, ITEA or Yucha. After all walk in customer get their drinks they took the chance to laugh and joke around in the drinks preparation area instead of rushing my drinks. I am disgusted from their behavior particularly the staff Keith was so rude when talking to me and lack of professionalism by joking and laughing around while customer (Me) is still waiting when you allowed the walk-in the cut my queue date 5 of Feb time 9.30 PM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love KOI and their drinks but I have received two messed up orders from this branch via grab. 1 order was diluted to merely tasting like water and the other order wasn't provided with straws when clearly the receipt stated that cutlery is requested. Please ensure this doesn't happen again. Thank you.
