★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered grapefruit green tea with agar bubble, no ice, but they did it less ice and asked me to try, I refused and asked them to changed a new one to me.
I said I knew they add water if no ice and I am ok for that, I just don’t want ice cause I had tried it before and feel no tea taste anymore, feel like grapefruit taste water only.
They said understand but just take out the ice and filled in water, I requested them to re do a new one cause the ice already soaked and the taste will be different.
They did it, but can see the water amount they added more than before, and the taste very worse, totally no tea taste.
I have drunk it since this branch opened, and I have tried the same drinks in Taiwan also, never feel so disappointed like today.
May I suggest no need to full cup if I want no ice? If your drink feel no tea taste, then what different with other cheaper brand?
