★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always need to get my dose of Koi every week. The service is efficient, the wait is reasonable considering that there is always a queue and the quality is always up to standard.
The staff are friendly enough and seldom get the orders wrong.
You can always check your order on the screen after ordering.
The shop is usually busy whenever I visit and I never get disappointed with Koi.
Favorite drink is the Ovaltine and the yakult green tea. Close runner up is the no. 8 juice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love koi. A variety to the cold sugary tea range. Unlike other tea stores, they are not famous for their bubble tea but their macchiato. Thick foams on top of the tea. Really refreshing on a hot day.
The photo shows the WRONG way to drink the macchiato. Use the cutter on cut along the dotted line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a takeaway place very close to the Bugis MRT station. I recommend to try their green tea with golden bubbles. No need to add sugar since bubbles are sweet enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for the Garrett's popcorn tea latte, which was a delight as you are finished drinking the tea, you get to munch on the popcorn which is cold and refreshing on this hot day. Make sure you drink it quick, otherwise you end up with cold soggy popcorn. They don't accept credit cards here so make sure you have cash before arriving at the window after a long queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drinks are nice. I usually get the Honey Milk Tea, with bubbles. It’s thick enough, not too dilute. The staff are friendly and fast. It gets quite crowded sometimes, so better to pick a right time to buy. What I really like is the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are nice and friendly! During peak hours there is usually a Long queue.
If you are a fan of Koi’s Vanilla ice cream this outlet doesn’t have it. In fact I even checked with a staff to ask if they will be bringing it back and they say they aren’t sure. Hope it comes back soon. Don’t fancy the extra coconut flavour in my green tea.
