★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go to bubble tea joint back at home (Australia), as it is really cheap, same at this place. Unfortunately it isn't as good as I hoped, compared to the other bubble tea joints I've been to. Even with 100% sugar, this is like 40% back at home. It is good, but not sweet enough...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taiwan milk tea has high quality as always. I tried avocado milk tea and taro milk tea with jelly ball , yhey were boyh good. Despite the fact that it’s a little bit more expensive than liho and gong cha, it tastes nice!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at bugis Junction branch is rude not well trained. Ordered okinawa milk tea with 0% sugar but turned out extremely sweet! When asked the staff to confirm that no sugar is added, she replied rudely that the powder alone is sweet. Should advise us that the powder alone is sweet. The tea is absolutely not drinkable, it tasted like drinking sugar water. Staff is unapologetic when given the feedback. If you want to keep a profitable business, you should take the feedback seriously.
