★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Robert is a very friendly and professional Doctor. You can get a best service in terms of medicine as well as professional medical advises which you cannot get from many other places. No rushing to send the patients out of the room.
The clinic also very clean and not much crowded. Friendly staff. Most of the time you can find free parking along the lane of shop houses.
Use the Google map if you are driving, because you need to drive via the landed estate behind the clinic, due to the road along the clinic is one way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just feel the previous rating is not the whole picture. The doctor is professional. But is also not listening much to patient. Whole consultation is less than 5mins. While I express my concern, the doctor just take it as I ‘demand’ him to do anything. While I was about to leave, the ladies at reception raising their voices while talking to some foreign workers because they didn’t make something clear. Just my experience to share which is also not whole picture. Hope it helps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this clinic a few times due to my asthma. My experience with the doctors were good, especially with Dr. Yong Chong Kiat. He's nice, very patient and will explain to you in details about your condition. On the other side, the 2 ladies at the reception generally needs to improve their attitude and their way of handling patients. Patients go to the clinic because they are unwell and needs medical assistance, they must handle them with compassion and not with rude and "dont care" attitude. It happened to me a few times and i have observed that they deal with some patients the same way as well.
