β β β β β 2nd visit, Dr Yo Masuya is good. I like his prescription and it works well. The front desk is very detailed in explaining the medications and busy with dispensing and serving on the ground patients.
Sad is the phone keeps ringing without an extra pair of hands to answer.
Properly could provide alternative for callers to reach out or voicemail for call back.

β β β β β Both the staff and doctor were friendly and professional. The location is very convenient as well. Sadly they didnβt have the necessary equipments for my check-up (X-ray) so I had to make my way to Raffles Place to get it done instead. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

β β β β β Dr Yo Masuya is highly attentive, thorough, knowledgeable, understanding, empathetic and patient in all of his examinations. I have had nothing but the most excellent, efficient, effective professional care and commitment demonstrated through all of my visits with him over the years and have recommended him over and over to friends and family. He listens and truly cares - A true exceptional professional! Makes going to the doctorβs a pleasant experience as his medical staff is polite and professional too!

β β β β β Receptionist was friendly and informative. Walked in to get my arm injury checked out and saw their screening packages. She was able to explain more about it, really knows her stuff! Doctor was really detailed and conscientious, they also have in-house physio that comes in on Tuesday and Thursday. Great experience!

β β β β β Doctor Masuya is very passionate about his job and he genuinely cares about patient. I went there last month for a rash in my hand. After the consultation was finished, he came out of the room again, sat with me on the sofa (while I wait for medicine) and followed up on my previous issue (two months ago I went there for irregular period problem). Perhaps he looked at my files and noticed.
I highly recommended him! Thanks for being a kind and caring doctor.
On another visit I took my toddler once to this clinic and encountered a different doctor. I think dr Masuya was on leave. The experience was totally different ?. Doctor was rushing and did not explain much at all.

β β β β β Decent clinic environment and average waiting time. The doctor (Japanese gentleman) was polite and professional. Reception service can be further improved with basic courtesy and manners though. Overall still an acceptable experience.

β β β β β Attended by this Japanese Doctor. He is full of passion and is unlike 99% of Singapore doctor. Told him it is so nice getting to knw a doctor that is passionate abt their job. He is unlike other doctor who is in a rush and is very patient. 2 Thumbs up for such a rare JEM. Hope ur attitude and your passion maintains. Whoever who need medical care , pls feel free to visit this doctor - Mr Yo Masuya. Highly recommended
