β β β β β Had Hainanese Curry Rice here, its set costs $4.80. You can actually pick the dishes (2 meat and 1 veg) than letting them give you the preset if you keep mum.
Am writing a review for this place because, interestingly, i chance upon this stall which is a Filippino food stall that sells mains such as Fried Milkfish-related dish, which is pretty rare. This may be a haven for Filippinos to fellowship, given a food source of their comfort. Also, I see a number of Filppinos visiting this stall based on a meal's time. The stall seems to have more customers than their neighbour at the corner, a western stall (Texas "something").

β β β β β Worst Coffeeshop EVER! Dont go if you plan to go for Mookata at dinner timing, the other stalls there will 'mark' the table as their own property, not allow u to sit there if u are not ordering their food. We changed 4 tables and still unable to order our dinner at Mookata, we don't mind to sit at smoking area, and the beer promoter come here and ask do we order beer and smoke? She refuse to let us sit down, what's wrong with the coffeeshop??? 5 of us wasting 45mins to be there and end up with angry hungry mode and we LEFT.

β β β β β Ordered the Mala chicken hotpot. Taste really good, but have to wait long time to get the food. kopitiam was crowded and hard to get seat as many people were going for the Siam square mookata which takes long time to finish.

β β β β β The Hainanese curry rice in this coffee shop is very nice. They are generous with the sauce and can even ask for more. The cabbage was surprisingly nice although it looked "meh". Pork chop and curry chicken is fresh. Will patronize again when i am around there.

β β β β β Great coffee shop that you can come for breakfast, lunch dinner due to itβs close proximity to the train station. They also opened late into the night.
Their Sichuan chef stall has rather authentic food and they are super reasonably price as compare to those of tze char stalls
Donβt bother heading to newton food centre as they have very good grilled seafood here too. Their chilli is to die for.

β β β β β These people were very rude. Since it was the first time I brought drinks from outside, they didn't tell me that I couldn't bring them, so the three of them whispered over there. After that, since the one with the red mask took a photo of us, I went forward. When I asked a Chinese girl, she said that you can't drink foreign drinks, and I said that you have to tell us that we can not drink it, instead of taking pictures over there.
