β β β β β The shop changed owner and told existing customer that the credit in my card balance with previous honour has to be taken away. He said that because the credit of $200 was free, so he cannot honour. BUT he has ignored the fact that I got the $200 credit in a promotion run by the salon where buy $800 get $200 more and is all the while added as credit in my card balance. The change of hands is irrelevant to customer as what we want is to continue to use our credit which we paid with cash in advance in the salon and regardless who is the owner the salon should honour the promised service and credits we have. If you agree with me, pls forward this post to let more people know and fight for their rights.
