i sat for their psychometric test on 26 march 2021 as part of a scholarship application. the test briefing given to all test takers were totally different from the actual test, which made test takers confuse while doing the test. i, as a result, missed a few questions because of their mistake.
i highlighted the issue on the spot to the invigilator from kosh consulting group. she was surprised when i highlighted this issue. she cant give me a reasonable explanation, and merely said "the test was not designed by them.
what's worse? emailed them (invigilator, staff from kosh consulting group, and even the ceo) to follow up after the test but no one bother to reply. called them but didnt pick up. i later whatsapp them, was fortunate to get a reply, only to be ignored afterwards (see proof).
you can consult them if you would like to introduce this bochap culture to your workplace. their staff are very good at it, from top to bottom
