★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New replacement coffee shop taking over from previous tenant (Kopitiam) offers a wide variety of localised food delicacies.
However during the renovation for them to take over as new tenant, the seating arrangement has been reduced quite drastically as a new Chinese style steamboat just beside this outlet.
Have visited this outlet and is impressed by the availability of options of food and beverages including a section for dimsum for patrons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thai seafood stall green curry chicken with rice.
Don’t buy.
Rice is undercooked, and so are the long beans and eggplants. Hairs not removed cleanly from chicken skin. Basil taste so strong it overpowers the whole dish. Flavour is there but curry is watery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for several times, Thai food stall staff always stay behind kitchen, never see staff. Mala Xiang guo not bad, western grill chicken set only 6.50 including vege & egg. For seat, quite hot if sit near to corner, ventilation is bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a lot of food stall in there but the place really is not very big and they squeeze a lot of tables there. The tray return for halal and non halal stations are at opposite ends. So if you buy halal food and buy a drink, you have to go two different places to return the trays. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slightly pricey for the Thai food. We felt that the Pineapple fried rice and Pad Thai is too overly sweet. The tomyam soup is okay, pretty decent on taste and amount but the chicken diced too small.

Chee Cheong Fun is dry, no sauce.
Chicken feet and pork rib small portion, dry.
Siew Mai and Prawn dumpling are dry.
All dimsum taste like it has been cooked for days, all leftover food isit?
These dimsum was nice when I first visit half year ago, now the standard like drop to the drain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After renovation the space before smaller cos one corner was took over by another restaurant.
But surprisingly there have almost 11-12 of food stalls for u to choose.
Overall environment look more neat & brighter.
Table arrangement mostly for 3 or less people due to the COVID-19 social distancing arrangement. If more then 4 people , u might need to split table.
Remember to return tray before u leave.

The Ayam Penyet tender and tasty and Fish and Chip was nice and flaky but personally i find the portion a bit small for the pricing.
The prawn was better dish, the sauce and soup were better than expected.
The have pepper lunch, Thai Food, Dim Sums and Baos, Yong Tau Hu, Japanese and Korean as well as vegetarian stalls to cater for.
