★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from this stall on Grabfood - 'Hua Zai Roasted Duck Sembawang Riverlodge'. Ordered at 10am and food was supposed to be delivered at 12pm. The order kept being delayed - "reason - food being prepared by restaurant" till 1.15pm the order had yet to be despatched from the stall. Had to take the trouble to call Grab to cancel the order. Poor Customer Service from Grabfood as well as their Customer Service response was "to look at the time stated on the order and continue waiting for the food (that was already more than 1 hour late and counting).

And don't give one kind of stupid attitude face when people ordering we as a customer never owe you anything!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the standard drop from the day when they started.. can see that not longer long queue to buy and not "seriously" prepare to foods. The soup not even hot, "half warm" maybe. A bit disappointed.

Noodles a bit springy and not that great. Just OK only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Jan 15, I paid $16.80 for 3 meats (duck bones, few roasted pork, sausage) & top up another $5 Char Siew-. Total $21.80. And I got a duck backside too. Wanted to support this hawker but this is too disappointing.
