★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Convenient with a lot of eateries, Spoil for choice. Transport wise, it is right next to Kovan MRT and Bus stop, what more could you ask for. Full facility condo but security is a bit strainght

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A more up to date condo with good facilities and even a strangely shaped 60m swimming pool. Very loud if living on lower floors. A lot of construction works around the condo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Houses are small, I have moved 3 houses and been house owner myself but will not suggest anyone to move here...apart from access to MRT nothing else is good..no proper air circulation and the owners I dealt with were really rude especially block 31, 1537 ...extremely unprofessional and rude...they do not repair the house and do the handover as is, if u r not vigilant and careful of every corner of ur house then the owner will blame it on you for the damages probably which u may not have noticed...I have stayed in many other places in SG in the last 10 years and never faced such situations ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay here and so this review may be biased. Kovan Melody is the oldest condo (completed in 2006) in the cluster of condos close to Kovan MRT. However it is the most value for money for both buyers and renters. Compared to Kovan Residences next door, KM has a much larger and connected pool area. As for the units themselves, KM’s units have a much smaller balcony which means that the livable space is bigger. Note that newer condominiums in Singapore have ridiculously large balconies compared to the indoor space. This is due to some quirky rules that allow developers to count balcony space when selling to buyers when they do not actually pay for it when buying the land from the government. Also note that only KM and KR are connected to the MRT. Kovan Regency, Stars @ Kovan are at least 5 minutes away while Tembusu is a 10-15 minute walk.
