โ โ โ โ โ Awesome kampung-style of living here at Kovan Regency. It is far from city noise and endless tourists and skyscrapers which is representative of modern Singapore.
In Kovan, youโve got everything you need, surrounded by traditional Singaporean lifestyle. There are plenty of hawker-style stalls a few meters from the front gate. Restos, supermarket, malls, cinemas and churches are nearby, either by walking or 1-3 MRT stations away. Comfortable and convenient, this place will surely give you the much needed respite on weekends.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad experience with the upper floor who is making huge noise every night. Besides, the pool is occupied by a swimming tutor and his children every weekend, which makes it quite crowded. Writing several emails to the management but ends up with no solutions.

โ โ โ โ โ This is a relatively new condominium conveniently located very near Kovan MRT. However, some of the security personnel at the guard post can be very rude to visitors, treating them like intruders by the manner they were asked for details. The management should look into this matter as it reflects poorly on this place and the management. I know these security personnel are from various security companies. Hence, better selection of security companies should be a priority, in terms of properly-trained security staff with good manners and a pleasant disposition, not just the price.

โ โ โ โ โ 1)nice big pool with beautiful landscape. 2)peaceful and quite, away from the noisy main road. 3)5mins walk to mrt station. 4) no blockage, windy. 5) easily access to eateries. A nice place to live in.

โ โ โ โ โ If you love to party in the pool with a bunch of wild kids, this is the ideal place to live! And by pool party i mean jumping into the water with a big splash, running around on the wooden deck to generate as much noise as possible, screaming at each other! Or even rowing a rubber boat inside the pool. What a great fun!
The best thing is, even if other residents complain, the security guards won't try to enforce the noise rule. Awesome!
There's a pool party every weekend afternoon so you will never miss out on the fun!
Because who needs to rest on weekends, amright?

Atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, and the room layout is pretty nice.
Overall not a bad place to live in, though there is no basketball or tennis court. Also difficult to walk out of the condo during rain if you don't own a car.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the condos located just around 5 to 10 minutes walk from the Kovan MRT Station. Living density is not as high as Kovan Melody or Kovan Residences, with a mix of apartment blocks and townhouses.
Have adequate amneties and facilities, with the main features including a 50m swimming pool, a jacuzzi pool and a gym overlooking the pool. There are also 2 bbq pits, 1 function room, playgrounds and 1 fitness corner.
Atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, and the room layout is not bad. Plenty of eating places nearby such as pizza, cafe, porridge, Mala and hawker centre. Also within walking distance within a mall.
Overall not a bad place to live in, though there is no basketball or tennis court. Also difficult to walk out of the condo during rain if you don't own a car. But not a bad place. Love my stay here.
