β β β β β This is a rare residential development mixed with retail shops. In a way, good for people who are willingly to sacrifice exclusivity & privacy for convenience at door step. Errr a bit like public housing blocks surrounded by amenities. Don't get me wrong, the residential has their own security access. Only entrance & exit of car park is shared. Due to one of its tenant being a tuition centre, road level entrance & exit of car park can be congested by parents picking & dropping, including inconsiderate waiting, young kids off at the driveway just next to the centre.
Can be a pain for residents and visitors alike.?

Very atas looking area along upper serangoon road opp famous punggol nasi lemak. Not much things around here, saw 4 fingers, some eateries, 2 clinics. Looking really awesome overall for the look.

β β β β β They do not allow bicycle parking here at the retail shops and threaten that some authorities take picture of me standing here with my bicycle at the roundabout pavement while waiting for my lash appointment. Yet, the management do not have bicycle parking space.
Building management, please provide proper space for cyclist instead of threatening them and refuse them from patronizing the shops here.
Avid cyclist, donβt ever come to this compound with your bicyclesβ¦ they treat your presence lowly.

β β β β β Love the f&b and shop options here. A good mix of everything essential and enjoyment. Coffee haven! Really enjoy coming down to one of the multiple cafes here for a morning croissant and cafe. Also just a hop from the mrt. ?
