โ โ โ โ โ I ordered fried fish head soup but found no fish head parts. By right fish head soup should contain more bones than fish meat. In fact my soup is fish tail n fish meat soup, so disappointed

While the service and location arenโt the best, we tried this shop one day and weโve been going back every since. The fish is always fresh, the soup is fragrant, and they never skim on the toppings. Fried scallions finish this fish soup so perfectly

โ โ โ โ โ My go-to for fish soup. The soup base is salty veggies and ginger slices. It can be slightly saltier for some, if you are not used to it.
Fish used seems to be batang fish
Price wise is slightly more ex than usual, probably because of the type of fish used. But portion of fish is not little.
The queue during lunchtimes is usually long. If possible, call in to order, before coming to pick up. They use food delivery platforms also like grab or foodpanda

โ โ โ โ โ Very very BAD service! I ordered pick-up and specifically indicated to pack the fried fish seperately. Somehow today they overlooked and gave me reasons; 1) staff don't understand English well 2) they do not have such service, repeating many times. I told them I had made many similar orders previously with no issue. They said no such service. The STAFF has an attitude... I was appalled. The food is good but the service is BAD.
Hope the boss got to read my review and do something before it's too late to do anything...

โ โ โ โ โ Just sharing my experiences and keep it neutral. I had 3 bad encounters with this store.
The first 2 was the negligence of my order from the staff. They forgot my order and upon realization they made me wait for my order to be prepared.
My 3rd encounter enraged me. I was served the wrong order and politely explained to them that they'd got me the wrong order. The staff asked me to accept the order. When I politely reject and demand for my original order, the staff said I'll have to wait and made me wait for very long in retaliation for my rejection.
In a nutshell, I felt disrespected and punished for their mistakes.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered sliced fish soup and added fried fish roe. The bowl was full of ingredients but the flavour lack depth. Too much julienne ginger. I guess you'd pay $6/- +$3/- since it is opened 24 hours. Adequate for rainy day, won't jump for joy over it.
